Time is our best companion

Our classical method of aging Barolo. Located in Barolo, the old vineyards of our land, such as “Liste”, “Cannubi”, “San Pietro delle viole” and “Fossati” require time.

They need to rest for five years in large Slavonian oak barrels and another five years in the bottle, in our fresh and semi-dark cellars, which have been located since 1761 in central Barolo, excavated in the rock of the hill.

The Barolo Classico Borgogno is released only after 10 years
