Domenico Massucco gives us the old-fashioned flavor of pasta, homemade with lots of eggs, just like Italian grandmothers used to make.
The company is based in Priocca d’Alba, in Piedmont. Domenico Massucco is passionate about pasta all’uovo, egg pasta.
He fell in love with it years ago, when he was working as a food wholesaler and got to know many local egg-pasta producers.
Over the years Domenico gained the experience he needed to become a producer himself, creating a line of excellent artisanal pastas.
Since he started his business, Domenico’s objective has been to offer a product unique in quality, authenticity and flavor, seeking out the best solutions for every step of the production process from the selection of raw ingredients to the final packaging.
